Day 2

Up and at 'em!! It is 6:18am and I have been up for two hours, made a decent meal, and driven 30 miles already. Just a typical start to at least three days out of a normal work week. Anyway, let's get to the food, shall we?

Breakfast:
Sweet apple chicken sausage, sweet potato hash (just shredded sweet potato), one fried egg.
Coconut milk, blueberry, chia seed and honey shake. I only drank about a third of this since I was pretty full from the food and my giant morning glass of h2O.



Snack:
One half of an avocado, so yummy!


Lunch:
One of my most favorite quick and easy meals - kale and bacon
All I do is chop up one slice of bacon, fry it, add kale (I buy the pre-cut bag from Trader Joe's so I just dump half of that in) and half cup broth, half cup water, cover it and let it cook down until all of the liquid is gone. This is sooooo good. Someone better try it :)
